Date: Sunday 22 SeptemberTime: 11am, 12.30pm and 2pmFishergate, Corner of Winckley Street

Introducing The Invisible man, The Man who isn't there!

A strolling interactive street theatre performance which introduces you to a live action, mobile, translucent man.

Guided by his mysterious doctor, witness this scientific marvel and learn more about how he came to (not) be. Take part in his experiments, discover if you too have the special powers his institute is searching for!

Using a mixture of magic, puppetry and audio visual projection, his condition can be seen up close as he explores his environment and new found abilities, but be warned you may see more (or less) than you bargained for!

"My little man was mesmerised! I discovered he wanted his superpower to be fire and to be used for good. A brilliant engaging piece by brilliant and talented Altered States."

"My favourite part was the Invisible Man by Altered States and the way the public interacted with them. The pure joy and surprise on the faces of kids and grown-ups alike, as they gathered around to get a better look and to try to figure out how such a thing was possible. It never failed to put a smile on my face. A magical bit of science fiction come to life!"
